As with all the best stories, it started with a cheesecake.

At the start of the first lockdown, I made my partner a cheesecake. He loved it so much that he said I should make more and try and sell them. So I did...and they did. Nearly 2 years later and I've expanded my business to include all manner of cakes, bakes, savoury items and yummy treats.

In my kitchen in Chilham, near Canterbury, I bake everything from traditional victoria sponge cakes and muffins, to sausage rolls and cheesecake-filled doughnuts...and everything in between. I can make you the perfect birthday cake to make your special day even better, or a totally bespoke treat with the filling and topping of your choice. If you can think it, I can bake it. After all....
